共情：人工智能时代医学人文与文学的交汇Empathy: The Convergence of Medical Humanities and Literature in the Age of Artificial Intelligence

摘要(Abstract)：
本文从文学研究的角度探讨医学人文的当代转向，主张“共情”应成为医学人文的核心概念与方法论支点。医学人文并非对医学理性的修辞性补充，而是通过文学叙事与人文感知重建人与人、身与心、技术与伦理之间的共感机制。本文首先回溯从“身体叙事”到“生命政治”的理论脉络，指出传统医学人文研究过度依赖文化符号的阐释，而忽视了阅读与理解过程中的情感参与。其次，本文提出“共情研究”可在人工智能时代发挥情感补偿研究的功能，亦即AI能够识别模式、推理逻辑，但却无法生成真实的情感理解;而文学的共情结构则为医学人文提供了恢复人类感知力的通道。在上述基础上，本文进而构建了“共情型医学人文”的三维模型(文本共情、认知共情与伦理共情)，以展示文学如何在医学知识体系中重新激活生命感与情感智慧。该模型旨在为医学人文研究提供理论框架，也为AI时代人文学科的再生探索路径。
